This allows you to post your resume and other information on JobFlo.com, and have it viewed by any company that has an account with us, except for companies that you specify. JobFlo allows you to block specific companies from being able to view your profiles or resumes.

Personal Information

We do not sell our users’ personal information to anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

Your resume and profile information are protected by JobFlo security protection and will only be found by the companies that have JobFlo accounts and which are not blocked by you. Your profile can be hidden from your current employer, or from any employer. Your name and other personal details will remain anonymous until you accept an offer to interview.

In order to operate the Site in an efficient and effective manner and provide users with information on job postings and services that may be of interest to them, JobFlo.com may collect personal information, including contact information (such as name and email address), from its users (both employees and Companies). In addition, this information allows us to provide users with private and secure areas to post and modify their original content on our site (e.g., jobs and resumes). We also automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on the Site using log files and use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve users in general. This information may include the URL that a user has just come from (whether this URL is on our Site or not), the URL a user goes to next (whether this URL is on our Site or not), a users’s computer browser information, and their IP address. Our log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.

You agree that JobFlo.com may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests (such as relevant job postings and services), or provides administrative notices or communications applicable to your use of the Site. Use of Personally Identifiable Information by Companies

Companies may choose to contact you via a message sent through the site. However, to ensure your privacy, JobFlo will not display or give out your email address or any other contact information about you, including your name, to those Companies until you have agreed to set up an interview.

Access to and Modification of Your Information

You may review, correct, update or change your JobFlo account information at any time. From your JobFlo account you may also opt out of receiving newsletters and certain other information from JobFlo.
To change your JobFlo account information, simply log into your JobFlo account, go to your Account Profile, review your account information and, if you wish, edit it with the options provided.

Opt-Out/Correct/Delete/Deactivate

You may elect not to receive future communications from JobFlo or to discontinue use of our service
If you have previously made contact (by expressing interest in a job, or participating in communication, or referring someone else for a job) with any Companies, you must independently opt-out of communications from that individual Company.

Individuals who wish to deactivate their JobFlo account may do so. Removed information may persist in backup or cached copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to any user of JobFlo.
We may retain indefinitely all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use of JobFlo more efficient, practical, and relevant. Of course, you can delete your resume from JobFlo’s online database or close your JobFlo account at any time, in which event we will remove all our copies of your profile from JobFlo.

Security

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We encrypt login information on several pages on our site using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Age

The JobFlo Sites are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18.

We disclose information if legally required to do so, if requested to do so by a governmental entity or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect our rights or property or our affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.
